Service philosophy

Ensure that customers can use Ming Fai products with confidence.

Every time a customer gets convenience, Minghui gets a trust.

If customers lose one more day, Ming Fai will lose a piece of the market.

In the service process, first find Minghui's own problems and give priority to the interests of customers.

Customers will not use generator sets. It is not the customer's fault, but the failure of Ming Fai's service work.

Pledge

The 24-hour comprehensive service hotline (free hotline 800-858-1066) accepts customer complaints and consultations.

Minghui company service hotline, all regions, offices, and agencies across the country have opened hourly service reception telephones to accept customer repairs and consultations.

After the customer reports for repairs, the three-three service commitment is implemented: 30 minutes to respond to the problem, to solve the problem within 3 hours, to end the problem within 3 days, to complete the dispatch work within 30 minutes, and to arrange the situation and time for customer feedback, and provide the first time service. Except for special areas (no cell phone signal, sparsely populated, inconvenient traffic, etc.), the service is available within 4 hours in the city, 8 hours within 100 kilometers, and 12 hours beyond 100 kilometers. In addition to the first repair at the site, general faults are repaired within 3 hours, and major faults are repaired within 72 hours.

 

After-sales service agency

After-sales service method

During the warranty period, if there is any abnormal failure of the unit, the supplier shall provide personnel and damaged accessories, rush to the customer's use site as soon as possible, and provide the customer with voluntary warranty service until the unit resumes normal use.

 

Remarks:

1. The definition of the warranty period: 1000 working hours or 1 year (whichever comes first), or according to the relevant provisions of the contract, all parts or units caused by negligence in assembly by the manufacturer, or improper selection of design and raw materials, etc. Failures are guaranteed by the supplier.

2. Vulnerable parts of diesel generator sets, accessories for daily use, human error, negligence in maintenance, etc. are not covered by this warranty. All spare parts outside the warranty period are provided at cost price, and personnel are provided to the customer's site or designated location in time, and the unit is repaired to normal use.
