1. All products sold by our company (including units and related parts) and units supplied by some partners will consider whether to provide warranty according to the term, warranty regulations and the reasons for damage. Therefore, the factors for accepting warranty applications are different aspects;

 

2. The warranty project (referring to the warranty project of Minghui Company) is directly handled by the headquarters of Minghui Company. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the warranty project, a warranty project office is set up in various offices to coordinate the division of labor and zero Distribution of accessories, follow-up of project progress, and collection of various related materials.

 

 

Items that can be applied for warranty

 

1. The warranty period of the unit is 12 months (calculated according to our company's factory date) or the cumulative operation is less than 1000 hours; (whichever comes first)

 

2. The original spare parts and various general warranty periods supplied by our company are 3 months.

 

 

Reject items

 

1. Damage to parts caused by the use of raw materials (such as wires, oil, cooling and anti-rust water, etc.) not in accordance with Ming Fai's technical specifications;

 

2. Any disassembly, inspection, adjustment, replacement of new parts, modification, removal of standard seals, and setting changes have been carried out on the unit without the approval or commission of Minghui Company (except for maintenance works);

 

3. Various human and operational factors cause damage to the unit (such as overload operation, lack of oil, lack of water), etc.;

 

4. The unit is placed in a substandard computer room, and the damage caused by the dust layer/particle area;

 

5. Failure to carry out maintenance works in accordance with Minghui Company's regulations, and use various greases (such as engine oil) and cooling anti-rust water that do not meet the factory's regulations;

 

6. Install and use non-original parts and consumables;

 

7. After purchasing the original unit of our company, it was installed and adjusted by untrained personnel, which caused the unit to be damaged; (except for maintenance engineering replacement of consumables)

 

8. All components installed by distributors or users must be handled by distributors or users themselves.

 

9. All vulnerable parts and consumables on the unit, such as transmission belts, oil grids, etc.;

 

10.Users are required to carry out maintenance and maintenance works (such as consumables, cleaning water tanks and adjusting belts).

 

 

Unidentified items

 

1. Any complaint items that have been preliminarily determined to be non-warranty (such as insufficient ventilation in the machine room, insufficient information, etc., especially various electrical components), but cannot be determined as a unit failure item of the warranty project;

 

2. For any engineering project that cannot be guaranteed for warranty, it can be quotation for general parts or engineering processing, and issue a business quotation for the user to consider and confirm. If the maintenance is determined to be a warranty project, each executing unit must accept the received Return the entire payment to the user or deal with it after the user agrees; handle the warranty procedure

 

3. Our company generally does not accept direct verbal notifications. After the failure of the unit, each distributor and user need to send a fault notification form to the distributor. Each fault notification form needs to be issued directly by the distributor and signed and sealed by the person in charge to be effective .However, our company accepts that after the user has notified the distributor, but still fails to solve the fault in time, notify our company in the form of a complaint, and our company will directly contact the distributor and the user;

 

4. After receiving the "fault notice", our company will contact the user directly to inquire about the details of the fault, if necessary, we will send personnel to the site to inspect and notify the distributor of the relevant information, and will make relevant engineering arrangements and delivery requirements spare parts;

 

 

Project information

 

All project materials such as pictures, printed reports of electronic repair tools, etc., need to be E-mailed or faxed to our company as soon as possible, and please indicate the project name

 

 

Accept warranty notice

 

Under normal circumstances, it is not issued. After the completion of the warranty project, if the user still needs to pay attention to/improvement (such as load conditions, ventilation in the computer room, etc.), our company will issue a document to notify the customer to make improvements.

 

 

Refusal Notice

 

The user's warranty period has expired or the installation, operation, use of materials and daily management are inconsistent with Ming Fai's warranty terms, and therefore the warranty is not performed, our company will issue a non-warranty notice. After the non-warranty notice, our company will Issue collection standards or invoices to distributors and users;

 

 

Agreement

 

After receiving the notice from the distributor and the user, if the project is an undetermined warranty application, our company will issue a payment agreement to the distributor and the user. The distributor and the user need to sign and return to our company, and arrange/ After the project payment is collected, personnel will be sent for maintenance. After the completion of the project, if the fault is determined to be caused by the quality of the Minghui unit product, it is a warranty project, our company will issue a warranty acceptance notice and the relevant payment agreement will be automatically cancelled. The project is determined to be a non-warranty item, and our company will collect the project payment from the distributor and the user or arrange a refund according to the content of the collection agreement.

 

 

Execution of warranty works

 

1. Warranty projects are usually distributed to our offices according to the user's area;

 

2. The warranty project will be carried out in strict accordance with Ming Fai's technical specifications;

 

3. The warranty project will all use original spare parts;

 

4. In the warranty project, part of the project may require assistance/providing tools (lifting tools, etc.) by the distributor or user. At that time, our company will negotiate with the distributor or user, and hope that the distributor or user will do our best to help;

 

5. After confirmation by our company, part of the warranty works can be handed over to the distributor for processing, and our company will provide the necessary spare parts. After the completion of the project, the distributor needs to submit detailed project information (such as the completion order and related photos) and as soon as possible The old parts have been exchanged back.

 

 

Warranty engineering monitoring

 

1. After the relevant warranty project bid cannot be accepted, the distributor or user can make a written declaration to our company. Our company will re-check according to the distributor and user re-declaration form, and notify the distributor and user of the final conclusion and take relevant measures. Measures;

 

2. During the project, our engineering staff, if any inappropriate behavior occurs, distributors and users can report to our company as appropriate, and our company will provide explanations and other appropriate actions to the distributor/customer after the investigation is confirmed.

 

 

Future improvement of our warranty project

 

For a long time in the past, through mutual understanding and assistance, most of the warranty projects have been successfully resolved. In order to improve the efficiency of the warranty projects, our company will implement the following services step by step in the 2006 year:

 

1. During normal working hours, after receiving the failure notice, make a corresponding decision and notify the distributor or user within 30 minutes;

 

2. During normal working hours, after receiving the failure notification, spare parts will be issued within 3 hours and will be delivered to each work unit in the fastest way;
